                                Must pay for services by the 16th of the month for on time payment. 
                            
                         
                        
                            
                            
                                A $10 late fee will be applied to your account if payment has not been received before this date.
                            
                         
                        
                            
                            
                                Service will be disconnected if payment is still not received. A $50 reconnection fee may apply.
