How to pay


Your account can be billed to you in three ways:

DIRECTV Billing

Your base package is charged by STELLAR or your leasing office. Any upgrades outside of what's included in your base package (additional receivers, programming, etc.) is charged by DIRECTV directly.

Online

  1. Log in to your DIRECTV account at Directv.com/Login OR click Dashboard in the left navigation bar and locate the DIRECTV dashboard.
  2. From your DIRECTV account, you can view and pay your DIRECTV bill and manage services.

By Phone

  1. Please be aware that STELLAR has limited access to DIRECTV billing.
  2. Billing concerns should be addressed with DIRECTV customer care at (800) 531-5000. If you need further assistance, please contact STELLAR and provide as many details as possible regarding your DIRECTV account concerns.

Be sure to include your name and account number. Mail or bring it in to the STELLAR office:

In the left navigation bar, select Billing. Input and save credit card information.

By Phone
Call STELLAR at (517) 203-3096 during business hours:
Mon-Fri (9am-5pm) Saturday (10am-4pm)
Once connected with a STELLAR employee, they will take your credit card information and apply payment to your account.
 

Important Dates Concerning Your Bill

Invoices are sent out via email or postal service, upon request.
16
Must pay for services by the 16th of the month for on time payment.

A $10 late fee will be applied to your account if payment has not been received before this date.
19
Service will be disconnected if payment is still not received. A $50 reconnection fee may apply.

Properties Billed by Community

If your STELLAR services are billed by your leasing office, you are responsible for making your payments with your monthly rent, due on the 1st-3rd of each month.
Note: Some apartment communities include service as a free amenity.
 
 
 

Sign-Up for Paperless Billing (Autopay)

Make billing stress-free by signing up for autopay. This automated process will fulfill your required transaction for you!

STELLAR

  1. Hover over the Billing tab in the left navigation bar, then select Paperless Bill.
  2. Under select the type of bill, select Paperless Bill.

DIRECTV

Log in to you DIRECTV account at Directv.com/Login OR contact DIRECTV customer care at (800) 531-5000.
